Still No reply from WETEK

My WETEK air arrived on the 1/5/19 and does not work correctly. Voice recognition is faulty and device keeps crashing after an hour or so. Does not support Dolby true hd and dts master both 7.1 like WETEK play does.This as its a major flaw for a media player. I have sent countless emails to WETEK and all they do is reply by saying someone will contact me shortly. Its pretty obvious that are waiting to contact me after the two week guarantee runs out. CROOKS!

    Good luck getting any after sale support the company is a joke. I regret reinvesting in them
