Nice but when for play2 ?

    Regards

    Soon™

But seriously, it will come, just wait a bit more. The Play 2 has something that the Hub doesn't so it needs more work.

Really, nice work guys! :) The update works very well! Device is very responsive and general performance are a lot better than Lollipop. Also the bug (http://www.wetekforums.com/v/index.php?p=/discussion/29619/netflix-or-ethernet-driver-problem#latest) that I had with Netflix seems to be fixed ( @ChristianTroy grazie mille e ottimo lavoro davvero e complimenti )Thanks guys and congrats ;)

@JayceOoi Sorry for the trouble. Might be something on the Server that we need to check
Meanwhile here is the pre-update file

Just reboot to Recovery and Clean install with the DB-J42-wetekhub-marshmallow-ota-2017-03-23_16-14-06.zip from a USB Stick - remember to Wipe Cache's and Partitions before installing.

HINT: I've had better video playback results when using SPMC 16.6.0 (Kodi Jarvis) and Amcodec Hardware acceleration.

    http://spmc.semperpax.com/

However black screen will be an issue when skipping thru video with SPMC / Amcodec.

To be brutally honest LibreELEC Kodi Krypton is a far superior Kodi release than any Android Kodi running on the Hub.

Seems that the update broke something for streaming apps like Amazon Video (the standard android version) and Italian RaiPlay:
Regard Amazon the playback seems to play but then the app crash, RaiPlay instead is not even starting.
BTW the Hub seems smoother than before!

Is it only me? The back button on the remote doesn't work in kodi 17.1? Works everywhere else but not in kodi. Tried assign it with keymap editor but it doesn't register the button att all and the assignation times out.

upgraded without issues. Changed back to classic launcher because I cant get used to new one.
Automatically got update to kodi 17.1 final and some other apps which aptoide havent offer to update.

    Hi,

Is anyone experiencing a pop up box stating that the "Launcher is not responding?". You can click wait or ok.
This is happening when running Netflix and selecting home or on the main screen.
Netflix version is the android tv from aptoide.

I am trying to establish if this is an error with weOS 3 or another app. I will disable all other apps that I have installed.

Also Prime Video is not working - it loads and starts to play the video but then I get a pop up saying Prime Video app has stopped working.

    Thanks.

    1) Telnet access was removed in WeOS v2 and was not added back in v3. ADB is enabled though, and can do everything the old telnet connection could do. You just need to install an ADB client on your computer.

2 ) There is only off. The Hub does not have a "standby" mode.

    Hello
Will it be available for Core?

Amlogic didn't release an SDK for the Core's processor (S812) for Android 6, so there's no realistic way to make a stable Android 6 install. People have tried and it doesn't work very well. I won't say it's impossible, but without an official SDK it simply isn't going to happen.

Can you make a new thread for this and mention my username? That will ping me and remind me to reply. I will try to test this out today once I get around to updating my Hubs :)

A few issues after upgrade ... when it first boots I get about a dozen error messages indicating phone and messaging app has stopped working. I also seem to get a lot of network lag after this upgrade and more queuing in Weplayer. I did add advancedsettings.xml to the player directory tree and it made no difference? Should I be clearing something or doing a fresh install?

2 how can I set remote power key to switch hub off instead of standby? Thanks

    it's same for me
when I use the remote power key to switch off, the hub is like in standby,
because when I turn on, the Hub restart in the place where I switch off : Kodi, netflix...,
without passing by the start up page of dualboot

to see the start up page of dualboot, when I switch off I must go in the wetek menu and select "Power Off"
