    Many Thanx ,

i notice this is a jar file , any thing i require to run this or what on ?

I think you will just need the Java virtual machine to run jar files. There might be a Java console involved AFAIK.
    Aren't there pregrouped channels here?

Have you tried editing the channel.conf files yourself? Just remember to create a backup. icon_e_wink.gif
You should read this first if you are going to try it. - http://www.vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/Vdr%285%29
I think what you are looking to create are group delimiters. Am I right
I think you can get nano to edit over shh on OE as default. I've installed vim and use that for all my editing needs.
