[Tutorial] How to make a factory reset on WeTek Play

Hello,

In this tutorial, i'm going to explain how to make a factory reset on WeTek Play

NOTE: About the Factory Reset, for most Theater problems, including the v1.1.4 update there is no need to factory reset all android, users can only go to Android Settings / Apps / All App, select TV Service App and choose Clean Data

Go to Settings

Now, select Android Settings

Then go to Backup & Reset

Select Factory data reset

Reset device and then erase everything

Now, just need to wait untill it's finished

    Will you still have access to any subscription if you erase everything?

    I didn't quite understand the question.

    WeTek Service subscription?

    You will only need to log in again at the startup wizard or later at android settings -> WeTek Services
