Problem with sound

Recently I bought a WeTek Play (1) at a Dutch webshop but they do not reply to my emails for support. and even their webshop is now offline. The problem I have is that there is only sound from one speaker. If I switch te cables the other speaker works but never both. It has nothing to do with the amplifier or speakers so it must be something with the WeTek. In the past I also bought a WeTek from Wetek itself and with that I had the same problem at first That was solved through buying another cable from WeTek,. but the cable I use now is the same as I used at the former WeTek so not sure what the problem is now.
Anyone?

    Yes, the A/V cable for the WeTek Play is indeed a very unique one.
    Using a standard one will only give sound to one speaker.
    Please make sure you are indeed using the one official from WeTek shop ( the jack is a little bit longer than standard one)
    And please ensure you plug it completely.
